Pasta Bolognese

There is no such thing.
Doesn't exist.
But Bologna is real. And Bologna is ... special.

The northern cities tend to fly under the radar a bit even though they possess all the ingredients of the Great Italian City: cuisine, architecture, history. Bologna is among them. So is Milan. Then again, Milan is firmly on the radar. How could it be otherwise?


Not that Siena is in the north but now that I've started the Duomo wars, I have to share this.
